Enthusiasm As A Virtue – The Real Week 20

I begin this post reminding myself that my Personal Pivotal Needs are Spiritual Growth and Helping Others.  Why the reminder you ask?  Again I allowed the dog gone river of life to swallow me up!!!  It was a Phenomenal Week!  What I thought about I brought about.  The laws I have been studying were realized; materialized.  Then life distractions ‘creeped’  in . . . again.  The good news is that getting back on track happens faster.  The challenging news is that I KNOW that the derailments take me away from my personal pivotal needs.  Those needs that are at my core and not about me.  They are all about my purpose of being.

Life does give back in kind.

Life does give back in kind.

20.27 Thought is creative vibration and the quality of the conditions created will depend upon the quality of thought, because we cannot express powers we do not possess.  We must “be” before we can “do” and we can “do” only to the extent to which we “are”, and so what we do will necessarily coincide with what we “are” and what we are depends upon what we “think”.

And then the distraction happened . . .

20.28 . . . but the immutable law will not allow you to plant a thought of one kind and reap the fruit of another.  You are free to use this marvelous creative power as you will, but you must take the consequences.  Yep, I’m back on TRACK!!!

Back By Conscious Choice & Persistence – Week 20

19.17 You may know that thought constantly, eternally is taking form, is forever seeking expression, or you may not, but the fact remains that if your thought is powerful, constructive, and positive, this will be plainly evident in the state of your health, your business and your environment; if your thought is weak, critical, destructive and negative generally, it will manifest in your body as fear, worry and nervousness, in your finance as                    lack and limitation, and in discordant conditions in your environment.                                     ~~  The Master Key System – Part Nineteen

This post follows two weeks of dang river rafting in my life!  Darn It DJ!  Cause and Effect!  I KNOW THIS STUFF!  And dog gone it if I didn’t allow, choose, create, and get away from my practice to have the results of this week.  At the Start of Week 20 (yes delayed post), I was sooooooooooooo excited about the ACTION I had taken on my business!  My Persistence was paying off!  The results were there.  Then as if I had fallen and hit my head, My Ego got the best of me and I stopped consistently practicing what got me those very results.  SIGH . . . I begin this day as if it’s my last. The Greatest Salesman in the World by Og Mandino, and I’m Back.  The SYSTEM WORKS!!!

Decisiveness in Action – Week 18 Say YES!

I am nature’s greatest miracle.                                                                                                             ~~The Scroll Marked IV, The Greatest Salesman in the World, Og Mandino

Decisiveness was the virtue of focus this week from the Franklin Makeover, and boy was it ever!  It was as if I flipped a switch and said Yes to me so I could say Yes to others.  The questions came fast and furious both in the marketplace and in my home and placing them on the back burner or ‘I’ll decide later’, was not an option.  Not because of any urgency.  Because ‘I’ could decide.  How many times do we believe we ‘have to’ take time, talk to others, or research before making a decision?  I asked a simple question.  Will this decision benefit myself and others? Done!  And the freedom of making the decision!  I was ‘freed up’ to address whatever came my way.  I was fully present.  As a result, I saw other opportunities, explored them and took action. The power I feel, I felt, and I have found is PRICELESS!  I am so excited for Scroll V and focusing on the virtue of Taking Initiative.

A Week of Kindness Leads to Courage – Week 16

This post comes quite late in my timeline of post, yet is right on time in my timeline of life. Our Master Key System Mastermind continued our Franklin Makeover focusing on kindness last week. Let’s just say the power of the Mastermind, a group focused solely on kindness given and received randomly, not so randomly, direct, and anonymously took my breath away. It also brought to mind memories of my father a true disciplinarian in the area of thought, thinking and communication, and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. I never thought of the repeated question of ‘why did you do that?’ or the way Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. articulated his Dream. Both men showing true kindness, love and commitment, in having the rest of us get it. I will never look at these two men who already had a profound impact on my life, the same. Thank you Master Key System staff, participants, and you the reader for sharing a very special ‘Aha’ with me. As Mark J says, ‘Peace Be the Journey’. Mahalo

Why the Dreams of the Dreamer Come True – Week 13

“Increase in me that wisdom Which discovers my truest interest,

Strengthen my resolution To perform that which wisdom dictates.”

~ Franklin

Christmas Day has ended yet continues in the hearts of those who celebrate this day everyday.  My day of renewal and reflection provided a space for forgiveness and an opportunity to reconnect with myself.  I knew when I embarked on this journey that there would be some challenges along the way in staying true to the process. As I understand, believe and apply the Seven Laws of the Mind, there is no way I can go back to where I was before this journey began.  The Laws are as follows:

Law of Substitution – We cannot think about two things at the same time. Substitute negative thoughts with positive ones.

Law of Relaxation – Mental effort defeats itself. Relaxation of thoughts is the only access to Infinite Intelligence.

Law of Practice – With practice of the correct things, we improve ~ on the other 6 Laws of the Mind.

Law of Forgiveness – To access the Divine and connect to the Omnipotent, Omniscient, and Omnipresent Creator we must forgive everyone and anyone to clear the channel.

Law of Dual Thought – Thought is a combination of ideation and feeling. We can attach any feeling to a thought we want.

Law of Subconscious – As soon as the subconscious accepts an idea it becomes a demand and it works constantly, 24-7, to manifest demand ~ accessing a reservoir of infinite resources.

Law of Growth – Whatever we think about grows. What we forget atrophies.
